Crate training is such a vital and key thing for everyone to do with their dog whether it is with a puppy or with an adult dog. Dogs are by nature den animals. By training them in a crate you have made a den and a safe spot for them. Some other advantages to crate training are: Being able to leave your pup for an extended amount of time and not worry about your furniture being torn apart.
